This half-size portable convection oven from Sodir accommodates
up to four half-size sheet pans (sold separately). The convection oven is equipped
with four wire shelves for even cooking and baking. Cool-to-the-touch glass
door is removable for easy cleaning. An interior light allows for visibility
and merchandising. All stainless steel interior, sides, top, and bottom increase
durability and allow for easy cleaning. Furnished with feet. Approved to UL
and NSF standards. Available in 120 volts, 1700 watts, 14 amps. or 220 volts, 1700 watts, 14 amps.
