Sodir Diablo Double Professional Panini Grill

The Sodir Double Professional Panini Grill is our largest panini grill. It features a wide grilling surface with a convenient working depth for ease of operation and cooking safety. Designed especially for perfectly grilling panini bread, it can also grill fish, meat and vegetables. Interchangeable smooth surface plates give you even more grilling options! Fine grain cast iron plates retain heat and grill fast. Each side has independent heat controls to allow grilling foods at different temperatures simultaneously. With adjustable spring counter balanced top and detachable front drip tray and scraper for convenient cleaning. Thermostatically controlled up to 570 F. On/off switch and pilot lights for convenience and safety. Two work surfaces of 14" x 9-1/2" each. Dimensions are 33" W x 17" D x 22" H. Electrical Requiremnets are 208/240 Volt 1 Phase, 6500 Watts 24/27 Amps. Available with or without optional timers.
